Hardelot is also a place for making new acquaintances and new discoveries.

Each year, there are two festivals in Hardelot : The Festival of Classical Music is a major event in summer. More recently, the "FESTI'mômes", which attracts the younger generation, bring together numerous families during the All Saints holyday period.

A number of writers, painters and sculptors have made Hardelot their home and make an important artistic contribution to the life of the community, notably during the days dedicated to exhibits of their work.

The art galeries, the cinema and the library are also worth a (?).

In the surrounding area, a number of museums will appeal to people of all ages.
